Finally!

I should be out on my own, again, by October - hopefully.  Some co-workers and I are wanting to get a place together.  There's a townhouse we're looking at that we want - 3 stories, garage, 2 bed, 2 bath, washer/dryer included, $1100/month for rent and it includes everything but electricity.  Everything is being split 3 ways.  Makes it really cheap for all of us.  I'm putting the car I currently drive into my name, so I will only pay for insurance for it.  Nice to not have a car payment.

Karen and I are really excited :), her boyfriend as well.  He may not be able to move in right away, though.  He has to work on his license.
