mothers, love your children
i was at work (a grocery store) and it was really slow, slow enough that i was cleaning check stands and just walking around, killing time. I hear this kid screaming at the top of his lungs. His face is hella red and he's just bawwwwlin'. He's sitting in the basket part of the cart (not the child's seat) and his mom is just standing at an empty checkstand reading a tabloid magazine. She throws candy into the basket, trying to shut him up. He's still screaming...really screaming and she's still reading the magazine. I don't get it.

just because a child is screaming doesnt mean you should always give them attention.
